Mountbatten Bike/Car ASB

Last night, officers from the neighbourhood teams and Traffic officers carried out a proactive operation with Driving and Vehicle Standards Agency in the Mountbatten and Jennycliff areas of Plymstock.

In total 12 motorbikes and 3 cars were stopped

the offences dealt with on the night included:

4x Driving not in accordance with a licence 

one vehicle was given an immediate prohibition for an illegal exhaust and given a Traffic Offence Report for a tyre related offence.

8 Motorcyclists were given Traffic Offence Reports for illegally modified exhausts and all had their bikes prohibited from the road until their bikes have been rectified and re-tested.
